Dr. Beltran has misled me on several occasions as to the cost of diagnostic and treatment service that I was to receive. Even after I requested a letter that showed me what my procedure would cost it ended up costing more than double. This was not an honest mistake—it happened on multiple occasions and at a minimum constitutes breach of confidence and misleading the patient. He regularly commits insurance fraud and most likely receives huge kickbacks from the useless referrals. He should not be practicing in our fine city.
