Lou is a very pushy and rude man. Within one phone call i should of gone somewhere else. I knew he would not be performing the procedure so i went ahead and went. He asked for the money up front and i could call for the rest of my appointments. The woman who did the procedure was friendly. When i called to reschedule she answered and her mood had changed. He got on the phone and was very rude and said i had no more appointments which was quite untrue. I had even sent my mother and fiance in for their appointments prior. Disregarding his rudeness or behavior. They in turn agreed he was very unproffessional. This man is a liar and a thief beware before doing business with him or his business, gentle colonics. The woman who does the procedure is his wife gisella. They also perform ionic footbaths which has been proven not to work.
