EGeneralMedical.com is unethical and dishonest. They make the most of the sick and aged. Don't cope with the corporation, while you will likely be sorry you did.

EGeneralMedical created an unauthorized replacement after I put an order. Subsequently, after I approached their customer support department. About this, they guaranteed a complete reimbursement and explained to not return the things they delivered. After 6 months without any reimbursement and several efforts to obtain in connection with anybody in the organization, I eventually noticed from Shannon Sauls, their Customer Support Manager. He again guaranteed a complete refund, but following a month there is stil no refund.

I submitted a using the BBB office within their region, plus they responded having a declaration that included only lies. Sadly, because eGeneralMedical isn't a BBB member (I wonder why...), there's nothing the BBB may do to obtain these criminals to offer rather with me.
