Extremely POOR customer service and misleading product descriptions, East Elmhurst

When I received my order from AmericanRx, one of the products was not what the item description indicated.

I made several phone calls and either got busy signal or continued ringing (12-15 rings). I also tried emailing, sending complaint through their contact form and filling out a survey.

None, and I repeat none of these methods of contact have worked. I am unable to contact these people to get my order corrected.
