Unprofessional staff-unreasonable wait for care

Recently 8am, my mom had an appt using the neurosurgeon at Brookdale. Upon leaving the coach, she dropped and injured her base. She visited the doctoris team and informed them what happened. They informed her if she would go to the er, she'd miss her appt. She chose to discover her doctor so when she did he delivered her towards the IM at 1145. She'd an xray which established a cracked bone in her left-foot along with a doctor might splint it on her. She saw doctor. Gaines at 730 pm. Why achieved it get such a long time for anyone to assist her? She's on seizure medicine and didn't contain it together with her because she did not be prepared to invest 8 hours in IM. She didn't consume, or visit the toilet since she was scared to skip the doctor. When she requested nurse Estes that which was getting such a long time, the nurse responded, "should you choosenot enjoy it-abandon!"
