Biolabs RipOff! Charged our account $90 without authorization. 13 phone calls and 3 weeks on the phone to get money back. Never received any product. Riverside, California

My husband thought he was ordering a 99 cent trial packet of vitamins. He didn't realized that he was authorizing charges of 89 dollars every other week with shipments of vitamins. When I saw the first charge of 99 cents I called and cancelled the order as we never received it. They DID NOT refund the money. Then the next week, they charged my bank account 90 dollars for another shipment, when I called my bank they said I had to contact BIOLABS and cancel the autocharge to my account. They told me to be persistant as they had had a couple other people at our branch also complaining about this BIOLOABS company ripping them off.

I have made a total of 13 calls to what sounds like India and can barely understand anyone I have come in contact with. After a month and a half of nagging these people they have finally refunded my money. I am going to continue to monitor my bank account to make sure they don't charge me anymore in the future.incidentally, we never received anything from this company in the mail and they couldn't provide me with a tracking number or anything proving that they had shipped them. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get them to cancel the account and refund our money.
My husband thought he could "trust" this ad because Oprah's Dr. Oz was featured in the ad as an endorser. I wonder if he realizes that he is backing a company that is ripping people off?
