Referred by survey group where tis is only problen so far

This was one referral by a survey group. The survey group is ok and valid. The screen said I could order trial items for $6 handling fee. I did inform them after receiving the product to cancel further orders. When I saw the charge for $50 I called and was told the credit to cancel the charge was "pending." The phone number I used 3 weeks ago is no longer in service.
