I believe I've been "frauded"

I was contacted by jay kahane in 2007 to invest $25,000 in his Mobile Imaging System promising great returns. I bit. After dealing with Philip King, for documents, transferred money from my IRA. No returns in two years. After contacting Jay Kahane, I was informed everything was on schedule and he sent me a picture of the mobile unit on a trailer and ready to roll. After many calls to Jay, who gave many reasons (excuses) why we were not making money, I have arrived at the conclusion that he has a paper with a phony list of reasons why he has our money and is not paying anything for it. I believe he is living the good life on my hard earned savings via my IRA while I am struggling to survive since the economic downturn. Each time I call, he gives me a different answer. Once he said "we are going to be millionaires". The next time he complains about the cost of an air conditioning system for the trailer. (supposedly about $7,000). Our last discussion he said there were three hospitals signed up and more being recruited. He also said he has hired a new employee to assist. I went to the web site and it is indeed updated but I still have no monthly statements or any indication of where my money is (if not on the gambling tables). I always thought that no news was good news, but in this case... Has anyone been burned this bad? I am not a happy camper. First Heaven Investments (bankrupt) now Mobile Imaging Systems. I'm batting 1000.
