I'm a prior care provider for the corporation and unearthed that the corporation enables thier caregivers to do medical attention to customers which should just be achieved from the certified medical helper including injury treatment, submission of medications, getting home customers home. I've resigned out of this organization completely upset from the insufficient take care of the customers or there people. There's simply no instruction I've observed additional care-givers shouting at dementia people, cutting fingernails from the Condition requirements of IN no nail-clipping is permitted to guard the customers after I asked my boss she stated she'd look at and not delivered my phone. About the linen caregivers receive for every customer it's clearly explained. These folks should never be respected to supply treatment for your family members.
