This "spa" is all about the dollar, they'll cancel your appointment at the last minute. Not worth time and money

This place is the WORST place to get laser hair removal. Some of the nurses are nice but seemed overworked and always in a rush which yields really bad results. When you initially come, one of two guys will come in and try to sell you on one of their "promotions." They'll claim to be the managers but i figured out they're the owners.
They'll pressure you into buying the package and will promise great results. Don't buy into it! They will also try and up-sell you on products that are completely over priced. After they've got you hooked, then they stop caring so much. My skin even got burned by one of the nurses because she was rushing.

Another horrible things is that they cannot keep appointments. They overbook and not have enough staff/rooms to cover all appointments. To make matters worse, the few times they have kept my appointment, my time somehow gets shortened. I make an appointment for a full body laser treatment for three hours and somehow end up with only two. They ask me to come back and finish off in another session. They are not considerate about people's time. I plan my day accordingly and arrive on time, and these people always give you the short-end of the stick. As I've waited for my appointment, I've talked to other customers who feel the excat same way, but are stuck in that contact, have already paid the money and cannot do anything about it anymore.

Initially they will talk to you about this "growth cycle" telling you you have to come back in 6 week. Problem is: they have n appointments in 6 weeks. They'll give you a 10 wk appointment and by that time my hair is all grown back.
