Have my personal information vey rude and unhelpful didnt sign up with this company

This is a health insurance company in which i did not sign up with. This company has all of my personal information. The company personellis very unhelpful has given me false telephone numbers to resolve this matter.

Because of this my primary insurancecompany are not making payments towards my doctors bills. They assumes that the secondary insurance Uni Care will. I never signed up with this company for any purpose.

If anyone knows how I can go about this matter please let me know. Thank You
