Rainforestberry Colon Cleanse
Even Though I Know Better, I got Stupid! Internet

Stupid me. I was dumb enough to believe something I saw on the internet. I ordered the ACAI Berry & Colon Cleanse free trials which I was suppose to receive on 7/14 as of 7/22, I haven't received the free trial and have already been charged 39.95 in addition to the handling fees of 3.95 & 4.95. I have called the 800 #'s listed on my bank statement & Order reciept. The recording identifies the company as Health Products and gives me a menu. The first call, I actually got an east Indian person that I had trouble understanding. She verified my address, then I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I tried calling several times after that and I can only get to the music from the menu list. This last call, I was told by a recording that it would be a 10 - 15 minute wait due to heavy call volume (DUH!). Tomorrow, I'm calling my bank to get there assistance in stopping these charges. I'm sure I won't get a refund since I did place the order, but I should be able to stop the charges, even if I have to change accounts or even banks.
