Not getting a refund

I requested an effort from their store and after doing this, noticed the disclaimer of returning the product or being billed $89.00 easily do not stop. I determined after I got the merchandise I'dnot start it and delivered it the following day, go back to sender. They nevertheless billed me and certainly will not provide me my money-back despite the fact that I delivered the merchandise back unopened and abandoned.
