Ripoff deceptive company

Ordered health insurance for my children, this insurance was not to go into effect until after June 1 - Money was not to be taken from my account until after June 1. This was made very clear to the salesman..

Fortis took the money from my account 3 weeks early, now they are telling me that the refund that I have requested, becasue after receiving the policy I decided to cancell that it will be three to four weeks. This money that was taken early caused undue hardship for me and my family. This was our grocery money.

If they can take the money early and through bank draft surly they can credit my account the same way.

I have not even received an apology from this company or a call to see how they can improve.

I would not even wish my worst enemy this health insurance.
