SCAMMERS who took my money

This company sent me a trial size bottle of Acaix 3, which is a weight loss product, to try for thirty days and stated I only had to pay $2.00 and some change for shipping. They sent me two more bottles within two days, which I did not request! I called them and they said send back one of the bottles by May 16. We will cancel your account and credit your bank account $88.55 within 7-10 business days. When nothing happened, in ten days I called back. They said oh everyone has had the flu here, so we are behind with sending back refunds. Give us another 7-10 business days for your refund. After ten days, NO REFUND!!! I called again. This time they said oh we are in the process of getting a new computer system so give us another 7-10 business days, but it should be alot sooner than 7-10 business days. Another 10 business days go by, call again answering service answers. We are forwarding your call to an automated attendent for assistance. Im sorry the the operator is not available press 0 for assistance. I press 0 Im sorry the back up operator is not available. They took money out of my account on May 4 and it is now July 1. What a scam! I want my money back!
