This company ripped us off! Phony call center, all are in on the scam

Real Technology Labs is a shell company. It doesn't exist. I sent for the free trial - that's how they get you - and never ordered the product after that but was charged $88.55 to my card anyway. We did get a phone number with the charge - 866-951-1393 - and a human being does finally come on but it's a call center that doesn't work for the company, they say, and it's a total scam as well.

After a couple of attempts to speak to them and cancel my account - which I'd never set up to begin with - two different reps disconnected me each time. Phonies, fraudsters. There has to be some way to report them and track them down! I am researching that.

I would suggest any and all of you who have been scammed by this company to do as much research as you can to find the appropriate federal institution to track these people down and prosecute them. Any and all leads and info would be appreciated.
