My name is Brian I am a 28 year old combat veteran. My fiance and I have been members at Golds Gym north roanoke va. For over a year with 2 year contracts... in our contract it states if you move out of the area of the gym you can pay a 50.00 cancellation fee... We have been attempting to achieve this for going on 4 months now. It has been road block after road block with the owner of this gym. They requested proof of move certified mail 1st which we did...

Then they said oh we looked you up on mapquest and your not within 50 miles away. Which is not true... Next they tell us to send a utility bill certified mail... And after that they requested 30 day notice. Certified mail... I have contacted the BBB who basically has done nothing...

The owner boasts I can do nothing about it and he will conctinue to "not waiver".. He also thinks he is doing me a favor by telling me if I pay for the month of may 24.99 50 cancellation fee and send it to him certified mail that he will go ahead and cancel... Golds gym north roanoke va and abc financial have been ripping me off for months and I want to see them be costed as much money and pain as we have been caused.
