Rip-off - No refund as promised, they keep sending bills instead. Des Moines

My wife and sister ordered their product. They decided to keep the first shipment. They later kept on receiving more, we called an said we don't want any more, and were given instructions to send it back, we did.

It has been more than six months and we still haven't received credit! They even send us the bill! They are very unprofessional, if they have such a good product, why don't they spare themselves the bad PR they receive for a measely $50.
