Putting sales $ ahead of dental service

I had gone back to Corbin Dental to fix a temp tooth (which they originally put in) that broke. I am as well disabled after going through many recent major surgeries. I need dental work and was reviewing their offer. Unfortunately, the manager would not allow the work to be completed until I made a major deposit on future work. She claimed that the dentist could not do the temp tooth (after two hours in the dentist chair) because they had to order the temp -that they do not stock such inventory. This was a blatant misrepresentation where she pressured me to put a major deposit on future work before this emergency work could be done. Not only insulting but disrespectful to a disabled potential client. I called back when I got home and again asked why the work was not done... And I wanted to speak to the dentist. She would not put m through and said it was her mistake and come back at 5pm and we will do it. What happened to the point they had to order the temp? I asked for the DR. CORBIN's e-mail and she said she does not have it. Although he sends her e-mails but she does not his!!! This was a guise to prevent me from speaking or communicating at all with DR. CORBIN because I was overly pressured by her and denied emergency service that I was due and was prepared to pay for.

If you want pressure first and dental service second, CORBIN DENTAL is your place. There are many other dental services in Bayside that act with respect and would welcome your dental needs with compassion not $ pressure first. This was an obvious bait and switch by CORBIN DENTAL and their manager.
