Lied about adental assistant job had me come work for free would not pay me

I went to craigslist for job postings and found that this office needed a dental assistant, when I fist went for the interview he asked what rate of pay would I start out with and I told him 13.00 dollars an hour he said that was not so bad that he was even willing to pay more if I did a good job.
He then calls me at home and asked me to come in for a working interview, so I did I was on the phone calling people that were not his patient trying to talk them into coming to his office for a cleanning. Most of the people I spoke with didnot know who he was and said that he was not their dentist. I then said something to him about it not being his patients.
Then he brings me into a opertory where he hooked up some kind of electronic devices to this persons face and head, when I asked what was happening he in turn said that he had problems with TMJ and electric shocks would make his teeth clench together in turn would release toxins out of the ear canal. I knew then he was not a doctor. I startd to look on the walls for his license I never found one! Then I asked 1 of the 5 people he had working there how long they had been employeed there, she said 2 days, so I asked a nother lady how long she had worked there today was her first day. She told me to ask another lady so I did she had worked for him the longest SHE HAD BEEN THERE 2 weeks! I knew that something needed to be done so I called my school and told career services and they had several sudent come in and he did the same thing. I think something needs to be done a patient is going to get hurt! Also, his office number when you call says it's disconnected but it's a recording so people will think that the office number had been changed. I thought that I had got the recording in error so I called back a lady answered DR Palmers office and so I told her about it saying the number had been disconnected, she was like I know the Dr. Was going to get the recording removed. Til this day if you call his office it will say that it has been disconnected more than calling the number and someone answering. HIS Cell phone number was on my home phone so I called it. He would not answer or call me back when I left a Message. I left a message asking to know more about the electro schook, that the man was doing because I called a TEACHER JUST TO SEE IF MAYBE THIS WAS ANEW FORM OF THERAPY IT WAS NOT, SHE HAD NEVER HEARD OF SUCH CRAZY THINGS ABOUT TMJ problems. She told me not to contact him and to continue to look for a job.
