Illed befor trial period and given bogus web site for claims

I had been charged $88.00 befor test period was over. I came across this out after I named to stop item & request where you can deliver. Then I had been provided a phony site to place my state set for a return. I'd to put on on for an hour or so simply to obtain a phony website=when you delay through the lengthy holding sample the providers (last talked to Erick on 6/22/09) they don't wish to help you in any way, are very rude and simply keep saying this phony site that we actually had Erick show in my experience therefore there is no error.
