Deceptive "FREE" trial

There's NO free trial offer out of this Outsourcing customer support organization. Browse the conditions and terms. I came across I really could not move away from them without spending one more $25.00 for that free trial offer. When you take the free trial offer you're signed up for a computerized strategy at an excessive cost. I attempted to prevent the purchase - which was difficult. After I did obtain it I had been informed I'd need to spend A - 20% selling charge to come back it also it would need to be delivered "licensed" re another price. Consumer beware! Additionally, the client support people are in India & most of these were difficult to comprehend. I eventually got somebody in Europe who explained easily got the Indian repetitions again to hold up and keep calling before telephone lines pumped into Europe again. I published a notice towards the only current email address on line and was completely overlooked. Really disappointed with this particular organization.
