Unauthorized charge

I named to stop purchase before 15-day path was around and also the broker delivered me to some stop site. I had been unable to stop utilizing site and called back. Broker explained to email help@healthreazv.com to cancel and that I got an answer back again to utilize cancel site but still couldn't stop. Have e mailed back to aid to stop purchase and am not receiving reply back. I've been billed 88.95 and am truly annoyed. I'll document problem with my lender if this isn't solved.
