Dental torture nearly took my life

I went to Western Dental to fix a broken tooth. While I am in the chair the office manager "works up" a whole plan to fix 3 previously unidentified cavities and a root canal for the broken tooth. Personally I just wanted to get rid of the tooth, but they wouldn't pull it. The dentist was very "shy" at putting her fingers in my mouth and didn't get an acurate view of my jaw or teeth. She proceeded to swab my jaw with the numbing gel but missed the areas that she proceeded to shoot the novacaine into. I nearly sunk into the floor in pain. I had to stop her at one point because I thought she was going to make me throw up the pain was so bad. She said but I have the other cavitites to fill! I said the only way could let her proceed was to allow me to swab the other side of the jaw before she shot novacaine into it. I could not proceed with the root canal and had to leave. Within 73 hours I faxed a cancelation of the contract. They have charged me more than they originally said they would. This was EXTREMELY painful and I had jaw spasms that made me think I had TMJ for many weeks to come. I woke up screaming many times nightime. My job contract was not continued and I believe this contributed to my current unemployment. After 2 months my jaw developed cellulitis (a life threatening condition), had to be rushed to the hospital, given IV antibiotics and the hospital pulled the tooth commenting it should have been pulled in the first place.
