After calling the phone number on the invoice sent to me with the bottle of nature cleanse, an automated message comes up that it is an invalid code. There is no way to cancel the subscription or even contact the company. I went to my bank to ensure that no further charges would be made to my bank account. The bank clerk was able to get through and assisted me in canceling the order. I will be monitoring my account closely to ensure that this company doesn't charge my account in the future. I would advise that no one orders from this company because it isn't legitimate. The clerk informed me that the company monitors their caller I.D. And answers to the bank because it is in their best interest, but will ignore other callers that may be calling to cancel their subscription. It is within their legal right to do so.
