Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company The company is failed to pay a claim from April 23rd to June 1st

I signed up for disability insurance through Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company. They are the biggest rip off out there. I was taken out of work on February 24 and they paid me til April 23. They then ask for additional information such as medical records so they sent a check June 1 to pay for those records. WHY did it take so long? They should answer that.

They said on the morning of June 9 they didn't have them yet. I called and found out that the records were faxed on June 4 but they don't have them "so they say". I wouldn't give this company another penny if I were you. There is better companies that compete with them out there.

So hear we are June 9 and I have not gotten a check since April 23. I can't prove it but I believe someone has been feeding a bunch of garbage from Colonial Life. I can't stand it when companies think they can get away with this. The only course of action we have is to stop supporting companies that do this to there customers. I will keep ripoff report updated.
