Is misleading and operating a scam company

I ordered from an online website 1 FREE bottle of Nature Cleanse for $5.95 shipping and handling. No where did I read that this would put me on a monthly receiving list of another bottle and for my card to be charged $93.00 a month. I offered to return the product for a full credit and they would not take the product back. They have also refused to credit my card which has been since cancelled. When I went to the Pure Nutrient website there appears not to be a letter from the owner stated that everyone complaining leave him alone and that it is all of our faults that we got scammed.
