Transform Destiny - Michael Stevenson
No Refund Issued - Runaround

This is not a review of the services provided by Michael Stevenson, President of Transform Destiny - because I never even got that far. After Stevenson canceled a seminar I had signed up for, I contacted him for a refund.

At first, Stevenson told me and other would-be attendees that he would re-schedule the seminar. Fair enough. Then weeks passed, with no word back from Stevenson.

At this point, I still had good feelings towards Transform Destiny. My reasoning was that if someone is going to hold onto my money, it should be me. At least I can earn interest on it. My plan was still to sign up for his seminar later on down the road.

But Stevenson gave me the run-around for about many months, never issuing the refund. At one point, he even claimed that he had paid the refund; but I had not received it. When I asked him to verify this claim, he never contacted me back.in fact, this was the last time he ever communicated with me.

Finally, I had to bypass Stevenson entirely and undertake the arduous process of applying for a refund through my credit card. Keep in mind that this is a paper-based appeal you need to make with the credit card, not easy to do.

So, even though I eventually got the refund, it was all through the credit card.in addition, I wasted innumerable hours contacting Transform Destiny and the credit card company.
