Fainted, uncontrollable diarrhea, called 100 times no one got back to me

I had a one time procedure at Mediastatica, I felt so sick that night, I fainted, my tummy was black and blue, I had an uncontrollable diarrhea that I had to use the bathroom every 5 minutes for 24 hours, I contacted Mediastatica after several calls they called me and they said I must have eaten something bad, even though I am a very picky person I do not even eat ground meats and processed foods, then I called them again to get partially refunded or to somebody answer my questions because that diarrhea is something that I have not experienced before in my whole life, I left 100 messages for their manager or somebody in charge I was very nice, very pleasant end every time I called I talked to a different operator but again no answer, if anyone is planning on using their procedures or their services you get RIPPED OFF, and their procedures are not effective.
