Refuses to honor a package won at a bridal show

I attended a local bridal show in January. While at this bridal show I won a bridal package for eyelash extensions, which included one main application, and then 5 fills up to the wedding. It took me an incredibly long time to contact her concerning the package I won. She would constantly tell me she was busy and would call back later. I would write her emails and she wouldn't respond.

She finally answered my call a few weeks back, and told me that she had recently gotten a group of investors, and they were not allowing her to honor the packages she had given away. She then informed me she could give me one set of lashes the day before my wedding.

I was not happy with this, because my bridal portraits are scheduled for may 9th, and I wanted to look the same in my bridal portraits as I do in my wedding. She then told me just apply strip lashes for the bridal portraits.

I am not happy at all with how she is handling this, and I am guessing that her investors are not going to want bad publicity... But this is their loss, not mine.
