Over Charged, Rude receptionist billed us for damage they caused to our pet

Horrible vet. We took our dog in and he needed surgery. I asked how much it was going to be and they told me 200 dollars. When I went to pick him up they raised the price to 278. I was able to argue down to 225 but still, no other vet I have ever worked with has ever gone over the price without a phone call at least first.

Then, They rewrapped his leg, MUCH to tight causing his leg to swell up and requiring a special trip back to them (30 miles) and another overnight stay so they could watch his condition. I went to pick him up today and they CHARGED ME for their mistake!

The People up front are the rudest people I have ever seen. How they keep their jobs is beyond me.

I'm issuing a chargeback on my credit card for the faulty service they rendered and letting everyone know just how disappointing a vet they are.

We REFUSE to take our pet back to them, and have already found a new vet to finish out his treatment.
