Paid with my credit card. Requested refund & never received a dime

I will make this short & simple. I paid over $1200. I requested a refund. Spoke with people from the company for 2 weeks & they said it was on its way then the phone number was disconnected. I went as far as to file a judgement against the company. I hired a lawyer in virginia & I won but I guess that doesn't mean sh*t! I was awarded triple my money lawyer fees interest & its still compounding. I'm owed over $4000. Now but have now way to collect from these crooks. This is just sad that no one can get my moey back. This is fraud & this is america!
