Double Billed

After spending a $157.01 bill in January by check, I visited a March 14 appt at Capstone. I had been informed that I really could not go to my appt till I paid $157.01 right then. I told them-it seemed like blackmail, which I thought I'd settled that quantity many months before (didn't bring my checkbook with me). They stated I'd to pay for to determine Doctor, and so I use it a charge card. Upon heading house I came across the check stub -named my lender and check had removed meaning Capstone had transferred look for $157.01. I named them-and informed them-this, and also the office worker stated it'd be fixed plus they might call-back. Never named, and so I called again and was handed another workplace plus they had no report of some of it, therefore no body understands and that I can't get any reaction apart from reasons and runaround. Meanwhile they escape with double-billing. I've noticed this in claims likely to insurance aswell with this particular Dr. Workplace.

How do I encourage them to correct this? Who will I-file grievances with to obtain motion?
