Best Pure Clense
Best Pure Clense charged me $78.84 and said they refunded me but they did not and know they refuse to run the refund again

Best Pure Clense sent me a trial of their product. I cancelled the product so I wouldn't get charged, however they charged my card regardlesss in the amount of $78.84. I called several times in which I was told the first time that a refund was issued.

A month later I called and asked where my refund was they said there was a problem with my bank and a check was being issued. The next month I called again and they told me that they tried to refund it through my bank and it was successful. I pulled all my bank statements and they have not refunded my card. When I told them this they tried to get my bank information which I refused and instead I gave them the number to my bank.

I wouldn't even be that upset if anything they just sent me the product and then cancelled my subscription but now I have no product nor $78.84, which is a lot of money now days. This whole thing has been going on since December and they just keep giving me the run around.
