Refused to cancel my order, kept sending and billing my credit card!

I've called to cancel and got disconnected. They really hung the phone up. I got 3 more packages sent to me, each costing me about $79 each. These charges were placed on my credit card. Just yesterday I called again and got a confirmation number. They said they would also send an email with the confirmation number... No email yet!

I don't want it anymore. I'm calling my credit card company today.
