Late Payment Charge

I had been billed a late charge of $34 on my Goal declaration to get a late-payment of my Feb bill. I settled this statement on 2-24-09 and just obtained the statement on 2-20-09. I'm in FL on holiday and from the period the statement was submitted from my house address, I just had two times to it back. I rarely believe that is reasonable.
