Refusal to issue refund of overpayment

Spouse bought a set of glass at Eye-Glass Globe in Evansville, IN in December. Taken care of the spectacles before departing and submitted a state with this insurance. Your insurance provider settled Eyeglass Globe in the place of us. I named your day they obtained the check plus they stated they'd to forward it for their office at home where they'd issue a return. After calling their house office (Vision Care Holdings) each week since that time, I've been used in 4 different figures. They've been purchased out by National Perspective plus they are about as consumer-friendly as Vision Care Keeping. 8 weeks of disappointment but still no-check.
