Accepted free sample and was charged twice without recieving anything

Accepted an offer of a free sample for only $4.95 shipping and handling. Spoke with a representative on the phone and was assured that there would be no other charges on the credit card.
When I received the credit card statement, there was not only the $4.95 charge but 2 additional charges of $69.95 posted 10 days apart. I have yet to recieve any product from this company.
I contacte the phone number listed on the credit card statement and was advised that they would remove one of the $69.95 charges but paper work would have to be filed and I would be contacted in 2-4 business days regarding the second charge.
What a rip-off!!! Where do we go from here?
