Ripoff 30 days for return for refund ha!

I was told I had 30 days to try their product from the time of receipt of product, which was 1/3/3 and they sent me to collections because they say they did recieve the product back by 1/18/3.

This is not 30 days and now they say that if I do not pay in full that they will report this on my credit. This company is not ethical and it should be taken out of busines!
