My Account was charged $29.95 with out my autoritzation. I have tried to call the company but only get a busy signal

I check my bank account every other day and came across a charge to my account for My Fitness. I called the number right away and only got a busy signal. I do not know how they have my account number because I don't use my debit card online. It worries me that, if they can get this information. It makes me wonder what else they can get... How in the world am I going to be able to deal with this. Who do I talk to and what actions should I take???
