Delivered a bill for $546.00, declined to provide me info on statement, endangered to show to selections. I subsequently approached the medical support included, they confirmed bill was compensated, faxed me statement I subsequently delivered to NCC. They've constantly hung-up on me after I contact them to speak about statement.
