Are you still being charged for web access to online services even if you have cancelled your products for wuyi tea

Wuyi tea internet site, what a ripoff i ordered my supposedly free trial of this product not realising i would still have to pay after the trial period.

Fair enough my fault for being gullible and not reading the fine print.

I acessed the chat box on the site to cancel the product did ask not be charged any further. Then on checking my credit card statements found a fee for web acess and membership fees going back 3 mths couldnt even think of what it was for.

After doing a bit of detective work figured out it could only be for the wuyi tea acessed the chat box too be told i had only been cancelled for the products which ended up costing $92 for a box of tea and a bottle of some vitamin pills plus postageof $25. Just wondering how many people are still being charged these monthly fees without realizing there r 2 charges each mth memb around $8 aus and web acess around $16
