I thought I was ordering the real prescription diet pill phentermine, that is what I ordered. The receipt I printed out had the correct information. It showed that I ordered real phentermine diet pills They sent me a fcomplete different product that had was not even remotely close to what I ordered.in fact from what I can tell it is a herbal vitamin supplement, with no "diet" medication in it whatsoever.

When I called customer service about this fake product, they gave me an "RMA" number and told me to ship it back for a partial refund. Everyone I spoke to gave me fake phone numbers and would not give me the information I requested. A lady name "Iris Agent Number #6203" would not give me a supervisor answer any questions and at first provided me with a fake billing department number.

After several weeks, still receiving no refund, I called again and she gave me a number for "Mike" in billing. Mike said he called the warehouse in Idaho and talked to "may" who was going to try and locate my return. I asked for the warehouse number my self and he gave me 208-468-2648 which is also a fake number.!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they:

1) Will ship the wrong product. You are not buying authentic diet pills

2) will not answer calls or emails and will provide fake numbers

3) Will not refund your money when you send the product back.
