Stole my money!

I am really disappointed using the support that I obtained from Smilecare on Birmingham and Normandie, in California. I settled entirely to get a root channel which was never finished, and also the workplace supervisor stated that Corporate stated that it had been my problem that used to do not are available in or advise them the function wasn't performed. They got my cash after which forgot about me! Today they're stating that I've to pay for one more 700approximately bucks to re do the limit that I want. I'm not spending twice for function which was not completed within the first-place!!
