Http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/184/RipOff0184704.htm prompted me to report to say, "In business to get Rich Only, it seems, not really caring!" I, too, from day one after paying my fees, I got treated poorly and without respect. I was given defective eye wear from Kaiser. After shopping around, I found their service to be disrespectful and a rip-off in value. I never went back, and I decided to quit Kaiser's medical plan all together, since they have demonstrated more concern for company profits than treating people properly.
