Ripoff on refund and refusal to acknowledge our requests

We ordered an AB Energizer in March and then changed our minds about wanting it. We have called, e-mailed, and written to the company about a refund. They will not respond to any of the requests that we have made. Ultimately, keeping our $72.90
that is not rightfully theirs.
