Do not apply for jobs at south florida locations... Locations are running a scam with their own employees

I repeat, do not apply, wish, or desire to work for the south florida locations of gold's gym. I also strongly advise you to not apply for a membership. My reasons why:

Employee checks bounce
employee commisions are always wrong
checks are always late
no management
facilites are dirty

I was taken advantage off while being an employee to a certain location. Long story short, I received my first pay check a couple days ago, which was 4 days late of the day paychecks are supposed to be handed out, and I still cant cash it due to insufficent funds in the account. What is funny is that the owner has different checks for himself that are able to cash. The pay structure is two weeks behind, which means that I have worked for the company for a month without pay. Their comission structures are so greedy that sooner or later you will realize that it is set up for you to fail, and for them to keep everything when you quit.
