I provided a billing service to this physician, and he did not pay me for all my services. When he opened his practice, he simply did not want to pay a respectful biller and office manager to run his practice, so as a result he suffered. He finally decided to seek a medical biller to help him get caught up with his billing.

His front desk girl, Carla, is guilty of slander. She accused me of stealing and shredding documents that were missing. Gandhi believed every word she told him which made him look foolish to me and my husband.in fact, Carla had the office in such a manner that violates HIPPA regulations.

Carla is not qualified to run a medical office. She does not know anything about medical billing. I heard her yell at a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Ga representative because she did not understand what a CPT is and how it had anything to do with a medical claim. She also did not know the medical terminology used within the offices dealing with other doctors.

The physician and young office manager called the police and lied to them concerning the matter that they think I stole documents. They showed up at my parents house ordering me outside and blackmailed me to their office to solve matters. I did not steal anything. I simply did not want to provide these nonprofessionals with my service because I can not risk violating HIPPA, so I stopped dealing with them. He is still obligated to pay me for my services, and he has not.

Records show that he owes me estimately $15,000 as a percentage of the insurance payments he received due to my billing in four weeks. We agreed to a low 5% of billing. Of course, he tried to pursue me to lower it to 4% totaled billed. I do not recommend billing services to trust this man. I also do not recommend any patient to seek his professional help since he is only in his practice for money. He is greedy and gullible.
