Charged my credit card for $74.95 w/o my consent for tea

I was suppose to receive a free trial of the Purity 12 Colon Cleanse pills and only pay the shipping free of $4.95 they charged me $14.95 - I did receive the pills. I tried to call the 866 number on the bottle and only get a fast busy signal. Then just yesterday they charged my card again for $74.95 for some Power Tea, which I never ordered. The charge was through DRI*Reg.net some sort of service for businesses. I tried their phone number... No answer. I seek restitution asap. Don't know who else to call except the FTC. I am filing a complaint.
