Web site promotes free 2 week trial. They charge your account immediately for amount of purchase, you don't even know you were purchasing anything., other than paying postage. Two week trial turns out to inclue 5-7 days mail time. When trying to contact company, you, if lucky, get to speak to someone with very poor English skills but will give american name, ex: Jack Wilson. You also find out that now you are enrolled in an ongoing program. It took me four calls to get that cancelled, and get a minimal refund of a product I did't want. From reading other complaints issued, I was very lucky. Have not seen my supposed refund yet. Be careful. This company is a scam
